HORMONE RESET HEALTH TIP #1: Go to Nature

Stasha in the forest.

I’ve started a little series called the Hormone Reset Series — gentle, practical ways to support your body and your hormones.

And we’re starting with something simple… yet powerful: go to nature.

Why Nature Matters for Your Hormones

Your body remembers something modern life often makes us forget: that we belong outside.

Among trees, something softens. Your breath slows. Your mind quiets. Your nervous system begins to settle.

The forest, the park, the river, or even a quiet garden has a subtle, almost magical way of telling your body it is safe.

And when the body feels safe, hormones can finally find their rhythm again.

The Small Details Make a Big Difference

Nature doesn’t need to be dramatic to work its magic. Some of the most nourishing moments are small:

  • Sunlight on your skin ☀️

  • The scent of earth after rain 🌱

  • The quiet rustle of leaves 🍃

These seemingly simple things are deeply regulating for a woman’s body. They tell your nervous system, Everything is okay. Relax. Breathe.

Nature is not just beautiful.
It is medicine.

A Gentle Invitation

This week, I invite you to step outside, even if just for a few minutes.

  • Walk barefoot on the grass

  • Listen to the wind in the trees

  • Feel sunlight on your face

  • Take a slow, deep breath and notice how your body responds

Notice how it feels. You might be surprised at how much calm, clarity, and grounding you find.

Even five minutes can be enough to remind your body:
I am safe. I am present. I am cared for.

Your Turn

I’d love to hear from you:

  • Did you step into nature today?

  • What small detail did you notice — a leaf, a bird, a ray of sunlight?

  • How did your body feel afterward?

With grounding breaths, leafy paths, and a square of chocolate,
