I grew up believing books were portals.
They were how I learned about bravery, longing, magic, heartbreak, and hope — long before I understood those things in my own life.
I still believe stories save us.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something else needed saving too: my energy, my hormones, my relationship with my own body.
Books helped me understand the world.
Healing is teaching me how to live inside myself.
Why “Books, Hormones & Chocolate”?
Because life is rarely just one thing.
It’s late-night reading sessions and early-morning fatigue.
It’s nostalgia and new beginnings.
It’s mood swings and metaphors.
It’s trying to balance blood sugar while rereading a childhood favorite.
It’s wanting softness and strength at the same time.

My Health Coaching Journey
Credentials & Training
I’m a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I trained in:
• Hormone balance & women’s health
• Bio-individual nutrition
• Gut health fundamentals
• Blood sugar regulation
• Stress & lifestyle medicine
• Habit formation & behavior change
My training integrates modern nutritional science with a holistic, whole-person approach — because your health isn’t just about food. It’s about sleep, joy, boundaries, purpose, relationships, and yes… sometimes chocolate.
My path into health coaching wasn’t about chasing perfection — it was about seeking clarity. I’ve experienced how confusing it can be to navigate fatigue, mood changes, metabolism shifts, and the endless noise of “wellness advice.”
I don’t believe in extremes.
I believe in education, experimentation, and deep compassion for your body.
As I continue to grow my practice, this space will grow too — becoming a grounded, informed, and gentle resource for women who want to understand their hormones, energy, and health without fear or shame.
In the coming months, I’ll be opening spaces for 1:1 health coaching for women who want support navigating energy, hormones, and sustainable lifestyle shifts — without overwhelm.
